About Linda
A compassionate, insightful perspective on the human condition, that serves as both a mirror and a window to the
world’s untold stories.
Linda Nagy (b. 1993) is a photographer based in London, with roots in Hungary and Germany. As a trained sociologist and self-taught photographer, she regards photography as a form of social commentary and an intuitive practice, through which she seeks to retain a childlike curiosity about the world, and explore new ways of representing lived experiences.
Inspired by the ‘sociological imagination’, her work evolves from the intersections of the personal, social and political, looking both inward and outward as she contemplates the layers of existence and reflects on our environment, often focusing on themes of memory, migration, belonging, and identities.
